- INTEGRITY: As part of our screening process, we identify and eliminate undesirable job candidates who may be prone to theft,
violence, or drug use. - RECRUITING: We attract high-performing candidates by understanding not only their skills and strengths but also their lifestyle, motivation, and goals. Our professional team of recruiters knows how and where to find the people with the skills you need.
- ADVERTISING: We actively post your available opportunities on job boards and social networking websites as well as in printed publications and we absorb all associated advertising costs.

- PAYROLL: Hire the personnel you need without putting them on your payroll. We will be the employee of record, pay all necessary taxes, and report earnings which will save you money and administrative hassle.
- ASSOCIATE PAYCARDS: We eliminate payday madness and workplace interruptions with electronic payroll whereby earnings are automatically deposited into associate back accounts or applied to debit cards .
- E-VERIFY: As part of our screening process, we validate the employment eligibility of our associates using E-Verify, an online service operated b the Department of Homeland Security (OHS) in partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA).
- METRICS: Our robust time and attendance tracking system provides immediate access to comprehensive workforce reporting, performance metrics, and analytics so you can remain in control of overall workforce management and volume staff.
- QUALIFICATIONS: Through a series of online skill assessments, we are able to show you precisely how well a candidate knows each of the specific skills you require for your particular industry or position.
- WORKING INTERVIEW: To help you find the perfect employees, our working interview allows you to observe a candidate’s performance on the job before making a commitment. If you are not completely satisfied, you will not be billed for the first four hours, and we will find an immediate replacement.
- SCREENING: Unlike many staffing providers, our screening process goes beyond the validation of work ethic, performance, and skill set. All of our candidates must also pass our unique verification process and five-step application. We only accept the best which means you only get the best.

I can not say enough about this company. It was the 3rd place I went too and every other company gave me a run around. I am a successful woman just in a bind and needed to work ASAP. They got me a job the next day!!! Johnny was amazing I was just open and honest about my situation which isn't bad just bad luck. He was on it! Charda did my interview there after I was done with all my applying. We actually hugged after the interview! What a amazing woman I was able to tell her everything. It's my bday today
After the interview she came back and said you start tommorow happy birthday! I absolutely 💯 know these employees care!!! Thank you Johnny and Chandra you are such wonderful beautiful people that everything I said was taken to heart and I couldn't even describe how much it meant!!! It was a miracle I was almost done and it was my last place. I can't tell you enough of how wonderful you all were! The best staffing agency ever.

Source staffing hire illegal immigrants under pay and don't do e verification. For certain people that been in the system. Someone name John Taylor is working under false documents and identity. Real name tavar Anthony Johnson. Source staffing is aware of hiring illegal immigrants and paying 14 to 15 to work out in stead. Ice already been contacted about this issue. So everyone working under fake documents be aware. Even the black girl and the black owner is aware of this issues.

Katie is the best staffer at Source! She is attentive to my needs and makes me feel heard, seen, and valued. She has addressed any and all concerns I’ve had and always found the best fit for my ever changing schedule. She has followed up with me after placement and reached out with new opportunities many times. It’s not that often that a business serves its costumers needs rather than their own, so THANK YOU! Katie, you are the kind of professional our community needs more of! Thank you for you hard work and dedication.

I have had a great experience here! I like how they are willing to help you. I love how they will understand you in any situation if you’ll willing to explain to them what you have going on. I just love how helpful and kind Katie and the rest of them are at the agency. They’re the most kindest persons I’ve met from an agency.

I applied at Sourced on a Monday and was placed and started working on Tuesday, if that ain't A+ service then I don't know what is. They were very pleasant, courteous and professional. Katie was here to ensure that I got signed in on my first day and was sure to tell me about the incentive program. I was so excited that Sourced offers its employees an opportunity to be rewarded, which is a key motivating factor. Katie is very pleasant and professional and very reliable. She is very prompt in responding to messages and is a woman of her word that follows through on any issues you may have. I applaud Katie and the Sourced team for the great service that they continue to provide daily. Great job team, continue to shine like the stars you are, a cut above the rest, "creme de la creme".

This place is awesome! They always have plenty of work and can help anyone get employment usually withing the next day of applying, sometimes even same day. I myself have been hired, friends and my step daughter who had just turned eighteen with no job experience. The staff is personable, professional and very helpful. Highly recommend.
