President

- Brings a “can do” attitude to integrating our teams and employees with our client’s policies and culture.
- 20+ years’ experience in Human Resources and Staffing, works tirelessly to build Sourced into the premiere privately held full-service recruiting and placement service company
- Spends time outside the office with family, friends, empowering youth and paying it forward 😊
Charda Smith
Operations
- Joined Sourced in March of 2013, Currently Serves as Director Of Operations at Sourced Specialized Staffing Services and Sourced Staffing Corp
- Her Success is accredited to her work ethic and openness to learning. Her philosophy is to treat people with respect, learn something new every day and always be willing to help others.
- Before joining Sourced, Charda worked in property management for 5+ years which sharpened her customer service, management, communications, problem solving and people skills. All of which she utilizes daily bases here at Sourced.
- Outside of work Charda enjoys spending time with FAMILY, watching sports, visiting new places, cooking, and watching crime and investigation movies and shows. 😊

I can not say enough about this company. It was the 3rd place I went too and every other company gave me a run around. I am a successful woman just in a bind and needed to work ASAP. They got me a job the next day!!! Johnny was amazing I was just open and honest about my situation which isn't bad just bad luck. He was on it! Charda did my interview there after I was done with all my applying. We actually hugged after the interview! What a amazing woman I was able to tell her everything. It's my bday today

Thank you Johnny and Chandra you are such wonderful beautiful people that everything I said was taken to heart and I couldn't even describe how much it meant!!! Source staffing hire illegal immigrants under pay and don't do e verification. For certain people that been in the system. Someone name John Taylor is working under false documents and identity. Real name tavar Anthony Johnson. Source staffing is aware of hiring illegal immigrants and paying 14 to 15 to work out in stead. Ice already been contacted about this issue. So everyone working under fake documents be aware. Even the black girl and the black owner is aware of this issues.

I applied at Sourced on a Monday and was placed and started working on Tuesday, if that ain't A+ service then I don't know what is. They were very pleasant, courteous and professional. Katie was here to ensure that I got signed in on my first day and was sure to tell me about the incentive program. I was so excited that Sourced offers its employees an opportunity to be rewarded, which is a key motivating factor. Katie is very pleasant and professional and very reliable. The office staff is efficient with a helpful attitude. The office manager Charda is great! She’s always dressed to the nines with business mind and attitude to get the job done 👍🏽. This place is awesome! They always have plenty of work and can help anyone get employment usually withing the next day of applying, sometimes even same day. I myself have been hired, friends and my step daughter who had just turned eighteen with no job experience. The staff is personable, professional and very helpful. Highly recommend.
